Every subcontractor will go through a thorough screening and onboarding process, including licence and background checks, references, and an introduction to Spectrum Drive’s standards and expectations. This ensures that every driver represents the professionalism and compassion our company stands for. Each driver will be audited regularly by the founder to make sure that the standard spectrum drive promises its clients is always upheld.
By using this recruitment method, we can build a trusted network of skilled drivers who not only deliver great service but also help shape the future of our company. As demand grows, we plan to transition some of these subcontractors into permanent roles, ensuring our team remains strong, consistent, and dedicated to the community we serve.
