Our plan is to begin with a small soft launch around July 2026, working closely with local community partners, care providers, and the general public to make sure our service meets the highest possible standards. This will allow us to gather feedback, make improvements, and refine our systems before our full public launch.
We are also building our brand around values of trust, reliability, and community with a strong focus on accessibility and inclusion, making sure our services are suitable for everyone.
Once we officially open to the public, Spectrum Drive will offer a reliable, inclusive, and community-driven transport experience that people can depend on. As we grow you will have the option to pick the driver that made you feel most at ease and our vehicle's will be customised to create the best environment for you to get the most out of your day. Flexible payment plans will give you the option to pay-per-mile or, for regular users of Spectrum Drive, the option for a subscription service covering multiple trips.
Every decision made now will be about building on quality. From the vehicles we choose, the drivers we recruit and the technology we will use to ensure our standards are maintained. By taking the time do things right, we will be ensuring that Spectrum Drive will stand out for its professionalism, safety and genuine care for the people we support. Over time, we plan to expand our own fleet, invest in eco-friendly vehicles, and develop new ways to make travel more accessible and inclusive across Wolverhampton and the West Midlands.
